Welcome to Fengling (hereinafter referred to as "this app"). By subscribing to this app's services, you indicate that you have agreed to all the terms of this app's in-app purchase and membership service agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please cancel your subscription.
1. Overview of Membership Services
This app offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription membership services. Once the membership is activated, users will gain full access to all features of the app, and any new features added to the app in the future will also be provided to members free of charge.
2. Purchase and Payment
- Purchase Method: You can complete the purchase of membership subscriptions through the payment channels provided by the Apple App Store within the app. The membership service will take effect immediately upon successful payment.
- Price: The price of membership subscriptions shall be subject to the price displayed on the Apple App Store. The price may be adjusted based on market conditions, operational strategies, and other factors. The Apple App Store will notify users in advance before any price adjustment.
3. Membership Service Term and Renewal
- Monthly Subscription: The membership service term is one natural month, starting from the date of successful purchase by the user. If the user does not cancel the subscription before the service expires, the Apple App Store will automatically deduct the corresponding fee from the user's account for renewal. After renewal, the membership service term will be extended by one natural month.
- Annual Subscription: The membership service term is one natural year, starting from the date of successful purchase by the user. If the user does not cancel the subscription before the service expires, the Apple App Store will automatically deduct the corresponding fee from the user's account for renewal. After renewal, the membership service term will be extended by one natural year.
- Lifetime Subscription: Once a user purchases a lifetime subscription, they will enjoy the membership service permanently without the need for renewal.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
- If a user wishes to cancel the auto-renewal function of a monthly or annual subscription, they can find the membership subscription of this app in "Settings" - "[Your Apple ID]" - "Subscriptions" on your Apple device and follow the prompts to cancel. The cancellation operation must be completed before the end of the current subscription period; otherwise, the paid subscription fee will not be refunded, and the membership service will terminate at the end of the current subscription period.
- Once a lifetime subscription is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Changes to Membership Benefits
We reserve the right to adjust the membership benefits, but we will notify users through reasonable means such as in-app notifications and announcements before any changes take effect. If a user does not agree to the changes in benefits, they can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
6. Refund Policy
- For situations that meet the refund policy of the Apple App Store, users can apply for a refund from the Apple App Store. Please refer to the relevant regulations of the Apple App Store for the specific refund policy and process.
- Except for the refund situations specified by the Apple App Store, once a membership service purchased within this app is bought, it will not be refunded.
7. Account Security
You should properly keep your Apple account information. This app will not be responsible for any situations such as the membership service being used by others or the subscription being misoperated due to the leakage of account information.
8. Membership Qualification Sharing

If you own multiple Apple devices, after logging in with the same Apple account, the purchased membership qualification will take effect simultaneously on all devices.

If you have installed this software on other operating systems, after associating the user ID, you will also synchronize the member services (equivalent to logging in to an account), but the number of additional Android devices that can be bound is limited to 3 (to reduce user costs, the PC end is currently open for free use and does not require subscription information to be associated), please remember not to share your user ID with others arbitrarily.
